Design Review Committee

The Trussville Design Review Committee meets monthly on the fourth Monday of each month at 6:00pm to review design plans for new construction, additions, and alterations to properties located within commercial, industrial, institutional, and historical districts.  A written application and supporting documentation must be submitted ten days prior to the meeting to the Administrative Department at City Hall.  Building permits will not be issued for this work prior to appearance before this committee.
