Tumbling
At Trussville Academy of Cheer, our objective is to achieve proper progression by maintaining a high standard of quality instruction. At TAC, we believe firmly in quality over quantity while building solid fundamentals needed at all skill levels.
Proper tumbling takes time, and our instructors are dedicated to putting in that time to insure no corners are cut, and that we are insuring our athletes are mastering skills before we move them forwards in progression. Safety is paramount, and to insure safety, mastery and confidence in skills is of the utmost importance to ensure injuries or setbacks don’t occur.
