Want to spend some extra time in the gym? Have fun with your friends? Get some extra conditioning in? Work on that skill you have been so close to getting?
Ages 6-17 Tuesday nights from 7-8p
18+ Sundays 7-8pm
(No 18+ OG – 6/15, 8/31) Please note that additional dates may be added, but will always be posted at least a week in advance.
Cost – $10
You can pay at the door with cash, card, or check. If paying with check, please make it out to “The City of Trussville” and include your drivers license number.
Drop-In Ninja Classes
Our drop-in ninja classes are for ages 5 and up. The young ninjas learn strength, flexibility, tumbling, free-style movement, and obstacle maneuvers. We provide a fun, high energy motivating environment, emphasizing building confidence and self-esteem!
It is recommended to reserve your child’s spot due to spaces being limited. Our capacity for participants is 10. First come, first served!
Ages 5 & 6: Tuesdays 5pm & Thursdays 6pm
Ages 7+: Tuesdays 4pm & Thursdays 6pm

Drop-In Beginner Tumbling
Our drop-in beginner tumbling classes focus on the basics in gymnastics tumbling: handstands, forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, roundoffs, backbends, bridges, and more!
It is recommended to reserve your child’s spot due to spaces being limited. Our capacity for participants is 10. First come, first served!
Ages 6 and up: Tuesdays 4pm & Saturdays 11am
Cost – $15
Parents Night Out
Drop your child off for a night filled with fun, games, and food! With organized games, free play and a snack break, your child with have an opportunity to run, jump, play, climb, tumble, build forts and so much more! Pizza will be provided as a snack, but please eat a full meal before coming.

Cost is $30 per child for registration. Sibling discount of $5.
Child must be potty trained to attend. Max age of 14.
